Fuchsia Grown as a climbing vine

Hello, I was at my local nursery today and saw Fuchsia Millenial manicured and growing into an upright climbing vine. Is it possible to train them to grow along a trellis similar to honeysuckle? I’m in southern california. The area I would plant gets morning sun, but it shaded the rest of the day.

Thanks,
Graham
