Fushcia question

There’s a light yellowish dust on my Fushcia and is that a problem or just coming from the flowers as they dry and fall?

Can you include a photo? This, simply, sounds like pollen falling from the flowers, but a photo will help me to know for sure.

Someone more knowledgeable than myself was just over and said it was aphids on the Fuchia and also that they had gotten into my other plants. Help!
