Fuchsias like neutral soil with a pH right around 6. You can put between 3 and 5 starts in a good sized pot to make for a full display that still has good air circulation. You can read all about it here: http://extension.wsu.edu/clark/wp-content/uploads/sites/36/2014/02/Fuchsia.pdf [1]
