what is the best fertilizer for mustard greens

Typically, this crop will not need fertilizing, and should you see issues, then I would be inclined to believe that it is actually a pH issue in the soil. Apply dolomitic lime to the area to fix this. If you feel that you still want to use fertilizer, then a well balanced, all-purpose fertilizer will be just fine.
