Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am in Florida and recently planted a foxtail palm. We had some very cool weather and wind after planting. It has developed a few brown leaves. Is it ok to trim them off the tree or should I let them fall off on their own? Thanks Janet

Damaged leaves will never heal, but you should not remove them.
Foxtail Palms set leaves very slowly so be patient for new fronds to appear.
Foxtails are heavy feeders to use the proper fertilizer schedule and be mindful of the watering with a new planting.
