Foxtail Palm Trees After Freeze

We have four foxtail palms trees that are 12 feet high. They were planted two weeks before the freeze and now all the fronds, including new shoots, are brown. We’ve watered them all twice daily since planting, even through the freeze. Is there any way to tell if they will survive and should we fertilize 30 days after planting (which we were told by nursery)?
