floppy catmint

how can I stop my catmint from flopping open leaving the inside bare, still having flowers. Should I cut it back early spring like I do mums? Thanks

You can cut back your catmint whenever it becomes leggy. Regularly pinching it’s tips can also help it grow fuller and bushier. This article may help
