few leaves on peach tree and sap leaking from trunk

There are few leaves on peach tree and sap leaking from main trunk. The tree is 3 years old and first year had about 100 peaches. Last year no peaches because of late frost. This year many peaches (not maturing as they should) and only several groups of leaves–mainly on the top branches. The trunk is also leaking sap. Tree is not overwatered and has some miracle grow plant food but is still looking very weak. Not sure what else can be done or what is causing this condition. Help!
