From your site I see what I should. The orange seeds are there. Question is how and when do I remove the flower?

For a female Sago, we recommend leaving the flower intact. The flower grows very close to the plant and you risk damaging the plant by removing it and it will not hurt the plant to leave it. You may see slowed growth while it is flowering. This is normal and growth will resume once the flower fades, at which time you can remove it of the flowers doesn’t drop itself.
