Faded Flowers On Kanga Plants

I have six different kanga plants, the colors ranging from cherry red to red to burgandy. There are new plants which have been put in the ground within the past few weeks. All of them have essentially lost most of their color. Any suggestions?

They prefer well-drained, slightly acidic soil in full sun. It needs plenty of water while its blooming and this may be the issue. These articles should help:
