Dying Plants

I’ve been successfully growing coleus in pots for years. They always thrive, and sometimes look great into November and December. Two weeks ago I planted three coleus — with fresh soil, in the same spot — and two of them are dead or dying. I can’t figure out what went wrong, or what I should do. Thanks for any help you can give me.

It sounds like they went into transplant shock. Some plants – even if they are the same species or variety – fare better than others when it comes to shock.
