Dwarf Peach Tree Oozing Sap

I have a dwarf peach tree that most of the peaches are getting a clear goo on them, but I don’t see any holes in the fruit. I did notice a lot of sap oozing from different areas of the tree trunk. Any ideas what this could be, and can I save my peaches?
