Dragon Tree Looking sick

Hi there,
I have what I think is a dragon palm – it is looking very sick…
It’s leaves have gone brown and it has lost a lot of leaves.
I am thinking the soil is too wet?
Is there anything I can do to help it come right?

Although these are labeled as palm.. They actually aren’t. These are sensitive to bright sun. I notice you have them outside, which would be the reason they are bleaching. I believe that they are just receiving way too much light. Move these plants to a fully shaded location, or dig them up and put them in container.
