Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe planted two spruce trees on the eastside of our Saskatoon bush some years ago and now the Spruce are getting quite tall and have spread their branches into the Saskatoon bushes. The amount of sun the shrubs receive has probably been reduced. That would cause less fruit production. They need proper air circulation as well, and they don't like to compete for nutrients.
