Do I Cut Down Blue Ginger Plant After Flowering

Not sure if I should cut down the stems which have flowered last year . Can I use the cuttings to regrow?

Yes, you will only prune them after flowering. You will have better luck taking root segments with growth nodes, but stems that have not flowered yet will develop roots. This collection of articles will help you to take cuttings:
