If you live in the warmer part of zone 9 or zone 10, they may not. Other parts of the country the answer is yes.

Yes, fig trees will lose their leaves in winter when they go dormant. The previous answer is correct in that trees grown in warmer climates may not lose their foliage, as they are less likely to go dormant.
