Many plants are very sensitive to vinegar. It is a very effective herbicide to kill plants and weeds. It is best to test any recipe on a VERY SMALL part of the plant first to see how each one responds. This recipe will not work for any plant that is even slightly sensitive.
I recommend many other pesticide methods before vinegar. This article will help you to craft pest control methods that are safe for all plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/natural-home-pesticides-organic-garden-pest-control.htm [1]
