curling of top of tomato plant leaves

I am growing tomatoes in a small greenhouse. They did well for 3-4 weeks after transplanting, but then the top leaves of the plants started to curl and shrivel. The bottoms of the plants look healthy and are producing tomatoes. I have kept the door open and the greenhouse well ventilated. Peppers in the same space developed aphids, which I have managed to control with insecticidal soap, and I see no evidence of any insects on the tomato plants. The shrivelled leaves are not discolored. Any ideas?
