croton and bougainvillea plants

Both plants were brought in from outside recently. Now both have small spider webs and tiny black spots on the leaves. How do I get rid of the insects?

It’s always a good idea to wash the leaves of plants when they are brought in from outdoors to indoors.
A treatment of Neem Oil will take care of most insects or fungus issues.
Neem Oil is safe for people and pets.
