Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted blooming crepe myrtles about 2 years ago. They are now 5-6 feet tall but have LICHEN problems. I’ve read that this does not affect the plant’s growth, but the myrtles are no longer blooming. There are 3 plants. On 2 of them the leaves seemed to have turned a red color (and no blooms) and some of the branches have no leaves. One of them seems to be doing well with green leaves, but it isn’t blooming either. I’ve recently fertilized with an all purpose soluble fertilizer with the hose. Will this help? What else should I do?
