Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Crepe Myrtle is about 12 years old. It looks as if the leaves have been dipped in oil. They are drooping. Help? What can I use to fix my tree? I can send a picture but the tree is planted at the church as a memorial tree in honor of my daughter. it is a lavender one and did not bloom this year.
