Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a cow pea from rare seeds, and com known as the ‘Ozark Razorback’ that is doing really well. My question is, when harvesting, do I remove the long stem the pods are connected to or just the pods themselves? So far I’m only removing the pods, thinking perhaps more might be coming off that stem.

Yes, just remove the pods.
