Could You Please Advise How Should I Treat My New Palm?

It has some dots on elder foliage and started to discolouring. Please help.

It helps to know what kind of palm, but generally, yellowing, older fronds can mean a nitrogen deficiency. I also would check the underside of leaves for aphids or scale.
