Concern that Holllywood Juniper could topple

First, I would like to acknowledge the very helpful answer provided by drtreelove to our question on the watering of our two Hollywood Junipers. I have one more question on these Junipers that measure about 22 feet in height and about 12 feet wide. We have one tree that worries me. The trunk begins at the base of the house and extends at about a 45 degree angle southward. The soil is sandy and watering the tree is difficult, owing to the concrete sidewalk and driveway nearby. I don’t want to prune it, but the angle of the trunk is a concern that the tree could topple.

This indeed sounds like a serious issue for risk of structural failure. I think you really need an arborist to assess and recommend a support system and/or weight reduction pruning.
With to the proximity to the sidewalk a rigid pipe prop may not be appropriate because it would have to angle in from the street side. A cable support it appears, would have to attach to the house or something on that side, if there is anywhere to install anchor hardware. This type of support system can be considered, but you should also consider having a skilled pruning specialist thin and shape the tree to reduce weight and wind resistance.
