Comparing Manhattan Euonymus With A Sunspot Euonymus

I have grown sunspot euonymus in the past with success. I don’t seem to find them now. Is the manhattan euonymus a good substitute? By its description it seems to be.

The Manhattan variety has better resistance to scale so that is a big plus! They are about the same size. Here is information on both:
