Yes, you can replant it now. When looking up the average weather for your area, i see that it gets close to freezing in December and January. Coleus cannot take a freeze so I wonder if you always grow it, and it survives all through the winter. If you haven't grown it before, it would be better to pot it up and bring it inside for the winter.
