Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comIm planning to plant 50 Sugar Maple trees in a empty field on my property. Your article states putting the seeds in the fridge for up to 90 days. Will it hurt the seeds if I keep them in my shed for the remainder of the winter(60-90 days) in -15 +/- temperatures? They get this in the natural world. Also, what is the recommended spacing of the seedlings when time to plant. Im thinking around 6m apart.

Some people keep their seeds in the freezer so it should be fine. The canopy can be 50 feet wide, so plan for that.
