One coconut tree broken and affected by insecticide. Is it possible to treat the tree? Age of the tree 5 years.

This appears to be a case of Thielaviopsis trunk rot which is a lethal fungal disease that causes one-sided trunk rot and the collapse of the trunk or crown.
This disease requires a wound in the soft trunk tissue. There is no treatment for this disease.
