Climbing Cabbage Rose Bush

I have a climbing cabbage rose it blooms one time now in the fall should I cut it back or leave it alone and how much do I cut back?

These old garden roses bloom on "old wood" so be sure to prune after flowering, if needed. You only need to remove damaged or dead wood and lightly trim to shape it the way you want it.
