Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comIf I can get my seeds to grow into the beautiful plant in zone 10b, will they drop their seeds when the flower is finished? Your seeds say “heirloom” so does that mean they don’t have seeds? I am starting a cottage garden and would like perennial native flowers. Thank you

They should drop seeds and reseed every year for you.
Heirloom just means they are open pollinated and were introduced at least 50 years ago. Open pollination means bees or other pollinators are needed to fertilize the plant.
