Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a Chinese (Kousa) dogwood that has not bloomed for the past 2 years. The spring after it was planted, it was beautiful but has not bloomed since. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be. It is in the middle of a bed with hostas. Sunlight is partial. I live in the metro St. Louis area. Thanks.
