Chain Link Fence

We have a chain link fence, which we would like to cover. Outside of our land is a Lelandi tree, which takes a lot of water from the land and it’s very dry. The Lelandi is not ours. We live in Britany, France and hope you can help us, as we like some privacy from the road.
