Cattleya orchid has leaf problem

could help me diagnose a problem that has just developed on one of its leaves…. am a newbie to orchids & want to do the best i can with it! have attached photos. I used a magnifying glass and didn’t see mite activity? So does this look like black spot & do you have any advice on treatment? thanks ever so much.
