Caterpillars eating sprouts plants

How do I get rid of caterpillars off my green plants before they totally eat it all, or before I get a chance to ggrrr?

There are many ways to deter these pests. Among my favorites are: Rosemary oil, mint oil, garlic, and sprays made from boiled hot peppers.
