Catnip plant

I’ve read that catnip plants are supposed to repel aphids. I have a plant that has black aphids all over it. I use this plant for tea and for my cats to chew on sometimes. I’m not sure what I can spray them with to kill the bugs without hurting me or my cats. I also have green ones on my lemon balm too. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Neem Oil is a good organic treatment. Neem Oil is safe for people, pets and bees!
