What do we do with the over winter canna lily sprouts when it’s one month away from transplanting outside?

You have a few options. You can cut the growth off, and put them back into storage. You can Leave the growth and keep them in the dark until time to plant. You can leave the growth and attempt to keep them in container, and under horticultural lighting until time to plant, as well.
