Can You Help Me Identify This Plant?

Can you help me identify this plant? Photo attached. This plant I would call Green/White fountain grass. It grows well and over winters in St George/Ivins Utah Desert Climate. I have asked at 2 nurseries here and no one knows the plant name or how I can get one. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

This looks like Cenchrus setaceus, which is a Fountain Grass.
