Can Ironwood Be Lifted?

Ironwood has kind of sunk and I want to lift, put more soil to raise and replant in same spot. Can I do this and when can I-before it begins its growth for the season? Thank you

I would not. It would be a safer option to fill in the soil in the sunken area. Here is an article to help you with the care of the tree:
