Can you propagate Yucca from a cutting?

Plant is getting too tall. Can I cut and regrow the plant again?

Yes, you can cut the plant off at the spot you would want new leaves to form.
Then remove the lower leaves off from the topped piece and pot into a well draining potting soil.
