Can Crocosmia Be Grown From Seeds?

Can crocosmia be grown from seeds? I gathered seeds in September, planted them in a pot on our balcony, and now have five seedlings about 3 inches tall. They have the characteristic sword-like leaf. Thanks. Elaine Riehm

Yes, they are quite easy to grow from seed. They may not resemble the parents in any way, but they will grow from seed.
