Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOn moving house have inherited two very old unkept camilla hedges I would like to keep them but they need pruning all the way across top of them but 12/18 inches at least as too high. I know cannot do this until they stop flowering but will the hedges survive
