Wat do I do when the foliage starts to die? Can I cut it off?

no…they must be left on the plant in order to feed the bulbs that are under the dirt…when the leaves are all yellow or brown (dead) is when you can cut them off….the bulbs need to rest about 6 months. then they can be watered to grow leaves and bloom again….b
