Calibrachoa

I purchased numerous calibrachoa pot fillers (2 inch) and they are not flowering. The plants appear healthy but no blooms. For my pots I use half composting soil and half potting soil. Is there something wrong with my composting soil?

It could be excess nitrogen, which inhibits flowering.

Use a balanced fertilizer, and try an application of Bone Meal as phosphorous will help boost flowering.
