calamondin plant or small tree

after bearing fruits for 2 yrs. the fruit became very small and leaves turned half yellow and green.I tried to water it more often and fertilized with citrus fertilizer.The tree is in backyard in full sun.Before it was planted in a big plant container and transferred to bigger half barrel container.After a year ,my problem existed.What do I do next.

Repotting may have stressed the tree.
