One of my christmas cactuses are growing fat bulb or pods on the ends of their leaves. What are they?

If your plants are outside when they flower, it's possible your plant was pollinated and a seed ball is growing! It resembles a blueberry and is filled with seeds. The seeds can be planted and should grow.
