Bugs on My Herbs

I have a few indoor herb plants: basil, parsley, sage and chives. I have many little white flying insects that seem to deposit eggs on the underside of the leaves. How do I get rid of them? I’ve tried a safer brand tomato and vegetable spray?

The insects may be whiteflies and can be safely and effectively controlled with neem oil. This article should help you with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
