According to this website (http://www.harvesttotable.com/2009/01/how_to_grow_brussels_sprouts/ [1]) brussel sprouts “can tolerate temperatures as low as 20°F but prolonged cold, lack of moisture and too much heat will cause Brussels sprouts to bolt and go directly to seed.”
