Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comAround the bottle palm I have something growing could be a flower but does not bloom, they are located where the palms leafs grow out of the tree. they are small maybe 2 inches across and look like some sort of flower. Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. I am unable to see what it is that you are referring to.
They do flower some unimpressive blooms on occasion. It will not harm the tree to leave it, or cut it. They will fall off as they die.
