Blue Grass Fescue Seed

I have blue grass seeds. When is best time of year to plant them in pots and ground only. I don’t know the answer to this.

You'll want to start your seeds indoors so that you can transplant them outside in the spring when there's no more chance of frost. When your seedlings are ready to plant, refer to this article for more tips:
