Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThis fall I purchased four 7-gal. holly shrubs. They look healthy except for all the largest branches are covered in something black (cannot rub it off). Some of the leaves look milky. What is wrong w/the plants and what can I do to make them healthy? They were like this when I bought them. I have planted them in good soil mixed w/a tree and shrub planting mix, peat moss, and some fertilizer. Thanks for your help.
